Obituary of Nancy J Guiffrida
Nancy J Guiffrida, 88 of Lakewood was called to Heaven September 12, 2019. She was born October 11, 1930 in Jamestown NY the daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Santo.
Nancy is a graduate of Jamestown High School class of 1948. She married her husband the late Phillip Guiffrida on June 17, 1950 in St. James Roman Catholic Church Jamestown NY.
Nancy worked for 25+ years at WCA Hospital in the Dietary Dept until her retirement in 1989.
She enjoyed Crocheting and knitting. She loved to play cards with her friends playing and visiting the casino. Her greatest love was to spend time with family and friends.
Nancy is survived by her children MaryAnne (Raymond) Genco and Nanette (Joe Kunkle) Guiffrida, her grandchildren Nickolas, Raymond, and Phillip Genco, Kyla and Jesse Guiffrida-Turpin, and her great grandchildren Joseph and Izzy Rae Genco.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Mary Santo, her husband Phillip Guiffrida, and her son Frank M Guiffrida.
Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday September 14, 2019 1pm at St. James Roman Catholic Church. Friends and family will be received at the church at 12:30pm. Entombment to take place at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.
