Joshua Treacy—37 of Jamestown passed away Sunday September 9, 2018.
Josh was born September 16, 1980 in Jamestown to James Treacy and Christine Radic.
Joshua is survived by his wife and the love of his life Ashley Treacy, his children whom he adored Aurora (Beaners), Brooke, Carter, Levi, Joshua, and Remington, his parents Christine (Jeffrey Curry) Radic and James Treacy, his sisters Brianna Treacy and Megan Treacy, and his grandfather Alphone Radic.
Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents Joanne Radic, Hulda Treacy and James Treacy.
Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Calling hours will be Friday from 6-8pm at New Creation Assembly of God Church south main St Jamestown.
In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be made to Lake Shore Savings Bank Wegmans Plaza Jamestown for the benefit of Brooke Treacy and siblings.
