Obituary of Edna Levy

Edna Levy, 77, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday (June 25, 2017) at the Lutheran Home.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 18, 1940.
She was employed as a sewer at Allied Industries and in earlier years, she was employed at the Resource Center.
Edna is survived by her children, Carmen Pellecchia, Poconos, Ida Levy, Bronx, Expedito (Vinny) Levy, Conewango, NY, Anthony Assencao, NC, Olga Ortiz, Falconer. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Esmeralda Melendez and her cousin, Hilda Melendez.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. Daniel Rumfelt, chaplain of the Lutheran Home, will officiate.
The family will be present to receive friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 until the time of the service at 7:00 p.m.
