Obituary of Steven D. Josephson

Steven D. Josephson, 54, of Jamestown, died at 7:50 p.m. Sunday (November 20, 2016) at Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing. He was born in San Diego, Ca. on July 13, 1962 the son of the late Carl R. Sr. and Marjorie Echols Josephson. He was employed as a laborer at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Norfolk, Va., Steve loved his nieces and nephews and was an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres Fan. He is survived by four brothers, Mark (Teresa) Josephson, Logansport, Indiana, Carl Josephson Jr., Falconer, N.Y., Edwin Josephson, Jamestown and John Josephson, Olean, N.Y., a sister, Linda Nelson, Falconer, N.Y.. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. Cathy Smith, Chaplain at Chautauqua Hospice Pallative Care, will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.
