Carlos Vasquez, 61, of The Resource Center's Celoron ICF, 27 Gifford Ave., passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016, in WCA Hospital. Carlos was born Aug. 26, 1954, in New York City and has been a Celoron resident since 1987.
Carlos loved cars and motorcycles and was a regular visitor at the Harley Davidson Store. One of the best days of his life was riding in a convertible with the wind blowing through his hair with his friend Mike. Carlos volunteered yearly at Christmastime to ring the bell at the Chautauqua Mall. Carlos was a spunky man who was very caring to those he was close to. Carlos will be deeply missed by all of his Resource Center family.
Burial will be at Mount Oliver Cemetery, 2415 Dow St., Jamestown, at 11 a.m., July 8, 2016.
