Obituary of Vincent Donisi

Vincent Donisi, 51, of Jamestown, passed away at 4:00 a.m. Wednesday (October 14, 2015) at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa. He was born in Sommatino, Sicily on March 7, 1964 the son of the late Gioachino and Calogera Donisi. Vince was a self employed landlord and was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church and a member of the Falconer Rod & Gun Club. He was a loving and caring father and a hard worker. He was also known as a prankster and loved to hunt. Vince is survived by his fiancée, Nicole Spontaneo, two sons, Gioachino and David Donisi, Jamestown, a brother, Angelo (Sally) Donisi and a sister, Lillian Wilbur, Jamestown, aunt and uncle, Joseph (Sue) Donisi, Jamestown an aunt, Maria Immordino, Jamestown, father and mother in law, David and Karen Spontaneo, Kennedy, sister in law, Kristi Spontaneo, Fredonia, N.Y., nieces and nephews, Lina (Tim) Scoma, Gioachino Giovanni Donisi, Ross Donisi, Antoinette Donisi and Claudia Wilbur, Jamestown and Royce McIntyre, Tampa, Fl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 in St. James Catholic Church. The Rev. Darrell G. Duffy, pastor, will be the celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Friends will be received on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
