Obituary of Genesis Toledo

Genesis Toledo, 16, of 10 Colfax St., Jamestown, died at 9:33 p.m. Thursday (July 30, 2015) as a result of an auto accident. She was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on July 16, 1999 the daughter of Luis Bayron, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and Julia Toledo, Jamestown. She was an eleventh grade student at Jamestown High school and was employed in the youth program at Chautauqua Works. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Jennifer Gaines, Jamestown and Jisenia Toledo, Jamestown, maternal grandmother, Nida Lugo, Jamestown, Maternal grandfather, Tommy Toledo, Newark, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Geniayliz Rosa. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Nueva Vida Covenant Church, 520 Spring St., Jamestown. The Rev. Alfonso Pagan, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Friends will be received for two hours prior to the service in the church.
