Mark L. Munday, 57, of 5 Sturges St., Jamestown, died at 11:00 p.m. Thursday (April 16, 2015) in the WCA Hospital.
He was born in Olean, N.Y. on November 9, 1957 the son of Jerry and Joyce Johnson Munday.
He is survived by three daughters, Jennifer and Carrie Munday and Amy Robbins, and a son, Tom Munday all of Jamestown and his companion, Jane Ferguson. He is also survived by several brothers and step brothers, a step sister and several grandchildren.
Note: See paragraph below for change in service. A memorial service will be NOT be held at 8:00 p.m. Monday in Faith Outreach Center Church. Pastor Don DeAngelo will officiate.
This is the change: The funeral service for Mark L. Munday as been changed to 8 PM Wednesday in Blackwell Zion Church. The Rev. Reggie Smith will officiate. Friends will be received for two hours prior to the funeral service in the church.
The Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
