Lois Marie Francis, 71 years of age, resided at Chautauqua Shoreline Apartments, Celoron NY. Lois passed away October 26, 2023. She was born September 24, 1952 to parents Scottie and Dorothy Cessna.
Lois is survived by two daughters Billie Jo Welch, Jessica Hutzel Patti, 6 Grandchildren, two Great Grandchildren and three Brothers and one sister.
She was predeceased by her sister Jacqueline Franks.
Lois had a great heart for helping those in need. Whether they needed shelter or food she would give her all.
She loved her family, cooking and crafts.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
There will be no services held.
Donations can be made to the Chautauqua Humane Society SPCA in memory of Lois.
