I first met the Tapia family when I was driving school bus. I would pick them all up at Fletcher School and take them to an after-school program. I have absolutely loved watching them grow up and becoming young adults. Kevin was a beautiful person. He will be sadly missed. I'm so sorry for your loss. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you all.
