Susan Joy Hamilton, 69 of Jamestown passed away January 9, 2022 at Heritage Green. She was born February 9, 1952 in Jamestown, NY.
Susan grew up in Frewsburg, NY. After graduating from Frewsburg High School, Suean earned her bachelor’s degree in human services from JCC.
Susan worked for Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC and for Randolph Children’s Home in Randolph, NY.
Susan is survived by her mother, Nancy Whitford, her children, Heather Hamilton and Robin Hamilton, her siblings, Christopher Whitford, Scott Franklin, and Brenda Franklin, her grandchildren, Krista Hamilton, Justin Adams, Gregg Adams, Kyle Peterson, and Abbi Trusler. Also surviving are 5 great grandchildren.
Susan was preceded in death by her father, Richard Franklin, her brothers, Randy Franklin and Jeff Franklin, and her grandmother, Marion Hager.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
