Darius Lee Coleman, 36 of Jamestown passed away May 12, 2021 at UPMC Chautauqua. He was born October 24, 1984 in Danville, VA the son of Timothy Leon Slade and Judy Coleman.
Darius is survived by his father, Timothy Leon Slade of Jamestown, NY and his grandmother, Gertrude Slade of Danville, VA. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Darius was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Slade of NC and his great grandparents, Charlie and Ruth Fitts of VA.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
Services will not be observed.
Cremation will be private.
